Our Company
In 1973, Jerry
Henry began working as a contractor in the Sandpoint area. He and
his wife Debbie raised a family of four children, Corrina, Rob, Jeff,
and Monique, in Sandpoint, and as their children grew up, they each
began taking an active role in the family business. Currently,
Jerry handles the organization of the projects, while Rob and Jeff do
the physical construction with the help of other employees and
subcontractors. Beginning in 1997, Monique took over the
bookkeeping and office responsibilities after Corrina, the original
bookkeeper, moved away from Sandpoint.
Throughout the
years, Jerry has been involved in the construction of almost 100 homes
in Sandpoint and the surrounding areas. Varying from starter
to vacation homes, in a broad range of budgets, sizes, and styles, we
always take into consideration each customer's individual needs as we
work along with them throughout the entire project.
While our crew
handles the majority of the building involved, we also use a collection
of highly qualified subcontractors for items such as the excavation,
foundation, electrical, plumbing, heating, drywall, painting, tile, and
flooring. Some of our subcontractors have been doing our work for
twenty years or more. We have also maintained outstanding
relationships with our material suppliers throughout the years.
Our philosophy is
to do the best quality work we can for each client, taking every project
seriously, and devoting ourselves to each customer's satisfaction.
We believe it is important to maintain a good working relationship
with each customer throughout the entire process of the building
project, as well as beyond completion. We make it our goal to
provide a pleasant building experience for each customer.
